1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines who are 18 years old and above.

Participants below 18 years old may join only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, immediate family members, and representatives of One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc., Planetshakers Philippines Association Inc., and their affiliated agencies are not eligible to join.

Only one (1) prize may be awarded per household within thirty (30) days.

2. GIVEAWAY MECHANICS

Participants are invited to join the Planetshakers feat. Planetboom LIVE in Manila Giveaway by completing the required actions during the promo period.

To qualify, participants must:

Winners will be selected from all qualified entries through a random draw.

One Radio’s decision regarding winner selection and giveaway matters shall be final and binding.

Winners will be announced on:

• Other official One Radio channels, where applicable

Winners may be required to provide verification details before receiving their prizes.

5. PRIZE CLAIMING

Winners must claim their prizes within the period provided by One Radio after notification.

Failure to respond or claim within the given period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners must present a valid government-issued ID and comply with verification requirements.

6. PUBLICITY & MEDIA CONSENT

By participating, entrants grant One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. and Planetshakers Philippines Association Inc. permission to use their name, image, likeness, submitted comments, and participation details for promotional, broadcast, digital, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

Selected winners may be featured on One Radio’s platforms and promotional materials.

7. LIABILITY & TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. and Planetshakers Philippines Association Inc. are not responsible for:

• Technical issues involving social media platforms, mobile applications, or internet connectivity

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or unsuccessful submissions

• Any issues beyond the organizers’ reasonable control

In the event that the concert is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, One Radio and its partners shall not be held liable.

If the announced prize becomes unavailable, One Radio reserves the right to provide a replacement prize of equal or greater value.

8. TAXES & ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, transportation, accommodation, and other personal expenses related to attending the event.

9. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE
