Contest Rules

One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc.

Thank you for joining our giveaways and on-air contests! Before participating, please take a moment to review our official rules below.

Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Only one (1) prize per household every thirty (30) days.

• Employees, board members, and immediate family members of One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc., its partner agencies, or sponsors are not eligible to participate or win.

• Some contests may have specific age restrictions, which will be clearly stated in the contest details.

Winner Agreement

• By participating, winners grant One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. (parent company of One Radio) permission to use their name, voice, and/or likeness for promotional and broadcast purposes without additional compensation.

• All phone calls made to our studios may be recorded and aired on One Radio as part of contest promotions.

Prize Claiming

• Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of notification unless otherwise stated.

• Unclaimed prizes after the 30-day period will be forfeited.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or other items.

Prize Distribution

• Prizes will be released within thirty (30) calendar days after confirmation of the winner, or as determined by One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc.

• If mailed, it is the winner’s responsibility to provide a current and accurate delivery address.

• One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes during courier delivery and is not obligated to replace such items.

Taxes and Additional Costs

• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or additional costs associated with receiving or using the prize.

• All contests are subject to Philippine laws and regulations.

Contest Modifications

• If a prize becomes unavailable, One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. may attempt to substitute it with a similar item but is not obligated to do so.

• The station is not responsible for technical issues (such as phone disconnections or courier delays) or event cancellations beyond our control.

• One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any contest without prior notice.

Final Decisions

• • In case of any dispute, the decision of One Radio and One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. shall be final and binding.

  • Contests are void where prohibited by law.

  • No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
