Promo Period: February 15 to March 15, 2026

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws in the Republic of the Philippines.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines aged 18 years and above.

• Only one (1) prize per household every thirty (30) days.

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc., Niche Music, TPR., Bethel Music, and affiliated agencies are not eligible.

2. GIVEAWAY MECHANICS

• Bethel Music songs will be played every top of the hour on designated contest dates announced by One Radio.

• Listeners must listen and track the Bethel songs played.

• Participants submit their song list as an official entry through channels announced by One Radio (e.g., online form, SMS, social media, or email).

• More correct song entries = higher chances of winning.

• Entries are collected weekly, and winners will be announced weekly leading up to the concert event.

3. PRIZES

• 2 Concert tickets to Bethel Music

• One Radio merchandise

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

4. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

• Winners will be selected based on accuracy of entries and/or random draw among qualified correct submissions.

• One Radio’s decision is final and binding in all contest matters.

• Winners will be notified via on-air announcement, phone, email, or official social channels.

5. PRIZE CLAIMING

• Winners must claim prizes within thirty (30) days from notification.

• Failure to claim within the stated period may result in forfeiture.

• Winners must provide valid identification and required verification details.

6. PUBLICITY & RECORDING CONSENT

• By entering, winners grant One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. permission to use their name, voice, image, and likeness for promotional and broadcast purposes without additional compensation.

• Calls and recordings may be aired on radio or digital platforms.

7. LIABILITY & TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

• One Radio and partners are not responsible for technical issues, signal delays, internet failures, lost entries, or courier delays.

• If a prize becomes unavailable, One Radio may substitute it with a prize of equal or similar value, at its discretion.

• One Radio and partners are not liable if an event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond their control.

8. TAXES & EXPENSES

• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or additional costs associated with accepting the prize.

9. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE

• One Radio Broadcasting Ministry, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time.

• Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of One Radio.

10. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

• No purchase or donation is required to participate or win.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
