‘Hillsong London LIVE’ Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Hillsong London LIVE Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the Philippines who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Echo System Media Group, Inc., One Radio, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, children, and siblings) of such employees, or any individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

The Giveaway will begin at 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on October 22, 2024, and will close at 11:59 PM (PST) on November 2, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”). By participating, entrants agree to adhere to these Official Rules. Echo System Media Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to contain inaccurate information or those suspected of tampering with the entry process.

How to Join:

1. Download the One Radio App
   Be one of the first to experience the all-new One Radio app!

2. Record a Voice Message
   Share your favorite Hillsong Worship song and tell us why it holds special meaning for you.

   • To use the mobile mic feature, open the One Radio App, tap the “Connect” button, select “Mobile Mic,” and record your message.

3. Like, Comment, and Share

   • Like and follow One Radio on Facebook and Instagram.
   • Share the official Hillsong London LIVE event poster on your profile.
   • On the giveaway poster, comment with your preferred concert date and venue (e.g., “Tickets for November 8 in Cebu, please!”).
   • Tag your family and friends, and invite them to join the giveaway!

• Entry Limits: Maximum of one (1) entry per person per day, per Facebook and Instagram account, during the Giveaway Period.
• Submission Requirements: Entries must be received by Echo System Media Group before the end of the Giveaway Period. The company is not responsible for technical issues, comment failures, or other complications that may delay or prevent the receipt of entries.

3. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about November 3, 2024, Echo System Media Group will randomly select twelve (12) winners from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prize Description

Twelve (12) winners will each receive two (2) concert tickets to attend Hillsong London Worship.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: ₱3,020.
• Total ARV for all prizes: ₱36,240.

Important: Transportation to and from the concert venue is the sole responsibility of the winners. Echo System Media Group will not provide any plane fares, accommodation, or travel expenses for winners, including those residing outside the concert area. The prize is limited to concert tickets only.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance

Potential winners will be notified by phone, social media, or email on or about November 3, 2024. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. If any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner cannot be contacted, Echo System Media Group reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate.

6. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners grant Echo System Media Group the irrevocable right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Consent to Audio Recording

By accepting the prize, winners consent to having their voice recorded for promotional purposes. Echo System Media Group, Inc., and One Radio may request winners to provide audio recordings, which may be used for marketing, advertising, or other lawful purposes. Winners agree that these recordings may be used without any additional compensation.

8. General Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Echo System Media Group, which are final. Echo System Media Group reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules. The company also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances prevent the Giveaway from running as planned, including but not limited to technical issues or unauthorized intervention.

9. Use of Personal Information

Echo System Media Group will collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes. Personal information may be shared with third parties as necessary for prize fulfillment. By entering, participants agree to the terms set forth in Echo System Media Group’s privacy policy.

10. Release of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Echo System Media Group, Inc., its affiliates, and related parties from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may arise in connection with the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway and its Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Sponsor

This Hillsong London LIVE Giveaway is sponsored by MYLE Entertainment, Echo System Media Group, Inc., One Radio, and their affiliates. All decisions made by the sponsor regarding the Giveaway are final.
