Award-winning worship leader Chris Tomlin is taking a powerful new step of faith—this time, onto the big screen.
Pinnacle Peak Pictures and producer Michael Scott have announced that Chris will serve as Executive Producer for the upcoming theatrical release, The Last Supper. This marks Tomlin’s first venture into filmmaking, bringing his heart for worship and Biblical truth into cinemas worldwide.
And that’s not all.
Chris has also recorded a brand-new song for the film titled “No Greater Love,” featured in the film’s final scene and closing credits. Written alongside Tyler Hubbard, Corey Crowder, and Matt Jenkins, the song is inspired by John 15:13:
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
“That verse is the essence of this song, the foundation of this movie, and a cornerstone of our faith,” Chris shared.
🎶 “No Greater Love” is now available on all digital streaming platforms.
Directed by Mauro Borrelli, The Last Supper offers a breathtaking and intimate portrayal of Christ’s ultimate act of sacrifice—told through the eyes of those who walked closely with Him. More than a retelling, the film invites audiences into a fresh encounter with redemption, grace, and eternal hope.
Chris’s involvement follows a historic year in 2024, highlighted by a record-breaking tour and the global success of his anthem Holy Forever. He also recently announced his groundbreaking concert series, “Worship Under The Stars,” set in iconic venues including Central Park, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Pier Six Pavilion in the United States.
Reflecting on his experience watching the film, Chris shared:
“Worship is more about seeing than singing. Watching The Last Supper, I had a deep spiritual encounter. My prayer is that this film meets people where they are and makes an eternal impact.”
The Last Supper is not just a movie—it’s an invitation.
An invitation to see again.
To remember again.
To believe again.
