Aodhán King and Benjamin William Hastings Release “Saturday,” Announce Collaborative Album Happy To Be Here

Award-winning worship leaders Aodhán King and Benjamin William Hastings have officially announced their joint project, Happy To Be Here, following a 10-day writing and recording session between the longtime friends.

Alongside the announcement, the duo released their new single, “Saturday,” now available on streaming platforms. The track follows their earlier release, “Hollow Grave,” and offers listeners a reflective look at faith during seasons of waiting.

“Saturday” draws inspiration from the day between Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection—a time often associated with silence, uncertainty, and grief. The song centers on trusting God even when circumstances remain unchanged, highlighting the tension between hardship and hope. Its message encourages believers to hold on to faith, with the reminder that even in stillness, God is at work.

The upcoming album, set for release on May 29, features collaborations with fellow worship artists, including Cody Carnes and Tiffany Hudson, as well as contributions from their Hillsong community.

Happy To Be Here is expected to reflect themes of perseverance, faith, and worship through life’s uncertain seasons.

🎧 “Saturday” is now available for streaming. Listeners can also pre-save the album ahead of its official release.
